Today's project uses a Sizzix circle flip-its die and was inspired by Kristina. Finished card size is about 5-inches square.
These types of swing/flip cards are pretty easy to create using a bone folder/ruler/scoring board and scissors/x-acto blade, albeit slightly time-consuming. This die is a tremedous time-saver for me, as I don't always have the time to spend making one of these from scratch. I have no excuse now - ha.
Felt cupcake image is from Martha Stewart; sentiment is from Hero Arts. White gel pen used for faux-stitching (head nod to JulieHRR) and the adorable patterned paper is Bazzill Avalon.
Interior sentiment is from Inkadinkado. Happy Friday!

Adorable, yummy. Great color and paper choices

This is SO CUTE!! It's definitely worth the money to buy a die for this type of card. I like detail, but even I have never cut a card like this on my own. No way!

Fantastic card, Cindy! I've been tempted by that flip-it die and might just have to get it!

The card is adorable. Can you believe that I have never made a flip card before? Don't know why but I might try it now. Hope your weekend is going well. We are having wonderful weather today.
