A few of the cards made for Operation Write Home - more info on OWH is available by clicking the icon in the lower right corner of this blog.
4-1/4 x 5-1/2 inch finished card size. Fine burlap string, Papertrey tag die. Cardstock is leftover Graphic 45 from yesterday's handmade envelope. Stamped clock (used Ranger's Watermark Resist) and sentiment are Hero Arts.
Earlier this month two bucks near the clothesline decided to have my forsythia shrubs as their lunch. Four and six pointer. They appear to be buddies now, but in a few weeks they will be fighting, and the females will be chased by them...let autumn commence...boys chasing girls. Biology doesn't change, does it? Happy Hump Day!

Your cards are beautiful! I love the use of the tag and the papers you used. Those bucks are beautiful. They both look funny having their picture taken, "huh, you're taking our picture"?!

Great cards for OWH. I love Forsythia, bad deer. I went to the dr. yesterday and he was complaining that the deer ate his garden. He said that wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't gone ahead and marked their territory. I told him if he marked the territory maybe they would stay away. ha ha.

Happy Hump Day? Was that a pun after talking about the deer? Just thought it was funny.
