I taught a card class last week featuring sympathy cards. Eight cards, four of two styles. October Afternoon Thrift Shop papers used here. Memory Box Kraft and Eggshell card bases. Sentiment is from A Muse. Die on the right is a Nestabilities; the one on the left is Tim Holtz Ornamental.

This one is based on a Shari Carroll layout. October Afternoon Daydream papers, PTI button, Strano ribbon (did you know this ribbon is made in the USA?) and my favorite lace from Ellen's store. Butterfly punch is from Martha Stewart.
