Painted diecut with watercolors:
...then added to a card - finished card measures 4.75 inches square. Birds were edged with Distress Brushed Corduroy ink using a sponge dauber. Patterned paper is K&Co.
"Nest" material is excelsior. Diecut was watercolored while looking at photo reference of Eastern Bluebirds. 2mm dark blue pearls on eyes. I would use Liquid Pearls next time as the 2mm is a tad too large. Close up of birds:
